Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you use a form on this site, we collect what you submit: your email address, and optionally your name and a message. We also receive basic hosting logs from our infrastructure provider: things like IP address, user agent, and request timestamps. We don't run cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this site, so there is nothing else being collected in the background. The data-broker self-test on this site runs entirely in your browser; your answers there are never transmitted to us, stored, or attached to anything you submit through a form.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information for three things: to respond to whatever you asked us, to deliver the DROP readiness checklist when you request it, and, if you request that checklist, to send you cycle-deadline reminders to the same address; every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out any time. We don't use your information for anything beyond those purposes, and we don't build advertising profiles from it.

3. Who processes it

A small number of processors run this site and handle the information above: Vercel, for hosting, request logs, and file storage; Resend, to deliver email on our behalf; and Discord, for an internal notification that alerts our team when a new lead comes in, which includes your email address. Each processor handles data under its own security practices; we don't hand your information to anyone beyond this list.

4. We don't sell or share your information

We do not sell or share the personal information of site visitors, in the sense those words are used under California's privacy law or any other applicable law. This site exists to bring you to us as a prospective client, not to monetize your data.

5. Retention

We keep lead records for as long as they're relevant to an active or prospective engagement, then delete them. Hosting logs are retained only as long as our hosting provider's standard log window; we don't separately export or archive them. Email us and we'll delete your records sooner.
